RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Return within 30 days

With us, no order is considered complete until you are completely satisfied, this is why we make returns easy. If something is wrong, you have 30 days to return the item from the date of receipt.

Conditions for returning goods:

– Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If it is more than 30 days, we will not process it.

– Products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and labels still attached. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled products cannot be returned or exchanged. If we fail to do so, we may not be able to accept your return or exchange. We are not responsible for any returned products or items lost in transit.

– Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Cancel order

Within 24 hours of placing the order. If you have any requests, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can process them promptly.

How to return

For a quick and easy returns process, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]  and they will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product .

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund, , the money will be refunded according to the original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product/products to us (Unless it is a mistake on our part). We recommend that you send the item back using a trackable service as Taryntshirt is not responsible for any products lost in transit.

Refund

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for quality. Once inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We do not refund original shipping costs, tariffs, taxes or duties on returned items, except for defective items.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.

Defective goods and wrong delivery

If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact our customer care team [email protected]   within 24 hours.

Repeat return

We offer a flexible return policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. We also track customer returns. Multiple returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, result in closure of your  account or refusal of future orders.
